Vision Screening

The Dawsonville Lions Club Is providing free vision screenings to schools, daycares, churches, and other civic organizations in our community.  Using state-of-the-art digital vision screener  to identify vision problems in children as young as six months old.

Early detection and treatment of vision disorders is crucial to prevent amblyopia, also known as lazy eye. Amblyopia can develop if the visual pathways in the brain aren't stimulated enough during childhood.

The free vision screening offers a quick and painless way to assess a child's vision and identify if a referral for a full eye exam is recommended.
